Recessed Trolling Motor Tray Ranger. Hi I was wondering if anyone with knowledge of or personal experience has installed a recessed trolling motor foot pedal mount on their ranger 185. In a nutshell the instructions gave me a peace of mind that it could be done flawlessly.
I found two nice surprises when installing my retractable rod buckles in the gunwale and luckily didnt hit any wires with the rotozip. 2002 185VS The people that installed the recessed tray ran a drain hose to my center compartment drain hole. Drain hose clamp and black mounting screws.
The tray mounts flush to your boat and levels out the foot pedal while you fish.
