Harley Davidson Vacuum Operated Petcock. Is it possible for fuel to pass through the vacuum line while running if the petcock were faulty. Will NOT work for models using a VOES Vacuum Operated Electric Switch Petcock.

In 1996 Harley went to a vacuum operated fuel shutoff valve and they give lots of problems. After awhile it got very difficult to turn - I replaced it with the Pingel to solve that problem. I used a Go. Yes the H-D Sportster petcock is vacuum actuated.
