The only block enderman cannot teleport on is double thick carpet.
They cannot teleport on water or lava and they need at least a 3-block high ceiling. Remember just because they cannot spawn on it does not mean they cannot teleport. What cant Endermen spawn on.
It shows that they only teleport 32 blocks.
Even if you dont post your own creations we appreciate feedback on ours. New comments cannot be. They can also not spawn on half-slabs and in spaces less than 3 blocks vertically. Im pretty sure they can.
